... And To All A Goodnight ....
Joe sang the role of Santa Claus in the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's 2009 Holiday Spectacular. Conducted by Jack Everly and starring the inimitable Ann Hampton Callaway, this show was a great way to celebrate the spirit of the holiday season. Joe very much enjoyed the chance to sing a medley including snippets of songs from Pagliacci, and "Subways Are For Sleeping" as well as by The Supremes, Elvis Presley, and Edith Piaf. What a rollercoaster ride! And, of course, it was just great to see the looks on the children's faces when Santa appeared.

Joe had a great run in the critically acclaimed hit show Adding Machine: A Musical at Studio Theatre
by Joshua Schmidt and Jason Loewith directed by Jason Loewith
Darkly comic and heartbreakingly beautiful, Adding Machine, a musical adaptation of Elmer Rice's incendiary 1923 play, tells the story of Mr. Zero, who after 25 years of service to his company is replaced by a mechanical adding machine. An oustanding, eclectic score gives passionate and mem- orable voice to this stylish production which follows Mr. Zero's journey from the office to the afterlife as he searches - like all of us - to find free- dom and true happiness.
